Monday was down nothing much to mention
others than the heavy downpour that make
everyone late. I also miss my shuttle bus and have
to wait for the next timing. Didn't do much, was
rotting at home until dasao is back and me, her
and my brother together do the 5 min work out.
You can try it if you are free. just 5 mins.

And so for Tuesday, it was still a downpour morning
but not as much as yesterday. Had a long day with
work and school. i was lucky school wasn't that long,
or actually i excused myself slightly early. As i have
no heart there, i more interested in bball.

Here we go again!! Same old shit again!~

Haha i reached on time so the lecture was quite
dead. Every1 start streaming in only after 620.
Its was everyone first day for this sem. damn
SIANNNNN~ and i am shock that most of the
pple dun look familiar.Where is all my past
semester pple. Did they all drop out ??? the
familiar faces that i saw was like less than 5.
This is badddddddddd. maybe all nv come today
ba. Who knows. lol

So can't sit still, i decided to leave after prof
finish with the impt part of the lesson. off i go
back to home and change into bball gear. Was
quite rush and i reached court only at 830.
Non stop playing
I was lucky that i joined the correct team, and
been wining all the way. i didn't do much
honesty my shot are off, only manage to help
some close range ball, other than that its my
team member that lifted the team!!

Was still shiok session. tml is back to work again.
But i will be trying London Fat duck with boss,
treating her a meal for always so take care of me.
Oh yeahhhh!! cant wait for Good food!!!!

Its been more than half a year since i become a
income stock investor. And i don't regret doing so.
I am so a very young investor and much more to
earn, but i am glad i am making a slow and steady
profit. I been looking in Saizen REIT, which catch
my interests for its discounted price and the decent
amount of Dividend giving. And last but not least
the room to grow. But ofcos there many thing to
consider too. As its a Jap REIT company, the falling
of Japanese Yen is also a issue.

Lets see how wind will bring me and lets huat
together!!! Long term investor for the win!!
July 2015 Investment Update

As for my target of $800 dividend this year, i am
64.4% there woot!! looks like i will be able to reach it
if every thing goes well. cheers~~

For the weekend it be a boring as usual, but for
Friday i joined my colleague organized annual
Makan session at ban heng. Its cost us $27 for
alacart buffet. And in the afternoon had a farewell
dinner for a colleague at marche and some korean
dessert which is nice.
Snow flakes ice with oreo

No idea what is this but it taste nice. milk shave
ice with oreo. But quite exp for a cup of it.

So for ban heng, didn't have a pic of me but i grabbed
this from my colleague
Some of my colleague

Another few of my colleague, I am behind wearing
Blue polo if u can notice me LOL

It was my first time joining this makan session since
i joined Singtel. its an annual thing always have 1
but i am always too busy to join. Wanted to be low
profile and skipped alot of gathering. But since i been
here 2 year, no harm just join once in awhile. It was
a good session, with lots of food and wine. Got those
moscato which is sweet red wine? that is very nice.!!
The food was good too, free flow eat until i scare.

I also received my SG50 card from great eastern,
where i get it by doing some survey with them.
Quite a chio Ezlink

So for weekend, joining my Colleague for bball game
at OCBC arena. Play 5 on 5 is shoik but i cant really
perform well. Its not easy to run cross court and put
the ball in. And no long will be out of breath.
Air-con basketball court

I enjoy the toilet is near by with water cooler and
also shower just nearby. But ofcos it come with a
price. Pay $4.5 for a 2 hr game.

Went over to PS to buy a coffee machine which my
dad is interested in. Buy for him to drink as mum
was always saying 3in1 coffee is drinking poison.
Which the machine, use real coffee grain and fresh
milk. You can adjust your sugar level too. But i
will not make the decision till mum and dad come
over to the road show.

While waiting them to reach PS i have near 2 hr
to waste so i been walking around and i brought this
Tako Ball!!! Once my fav Balls, esp with Cheese

Mac Watermelon Ice Cream Cone.

So finally parent are here and they view the machine
for awhile and i buy it. They having promotion, buy
5 of the coffee grain will free a machine. And the cost
of the 5 cans is $92.25. Which you can make 300cups
of coffee so it work out to be 31cent per cup. Which
is cheaper than you buy outside.
Off to queue, Felt good buying as its
for my family =)

This is how the machine look like, Not those
normal capsule machine. Its for coffee grain.
The machine will only be here 2 weeks later by
then i will take a video on it haha!!

So for Sunday, i at home the whole day watching
movie and playing my super overdue game.
Its has been years since i bought this game.

Quite a boring sunday i can say. Almost die rotting.
Next post will be investment update. =)
Before that update my weight tracking, which i am
not doing well in.
