This was before my BKK trip. Was
rushing to do my assignment, manage
to get it done solo ly. It suppose to be
a group work but who cares!! lolZz

boring lecture which all of us never really
listen to it.

Monday.
Its vesak day and its a public holiday woohooo!!
As i slept late last night due to some drinking,
i woke up as late as yesterday. I was fully awake
only at 2 plus. Tried to go over for salon to cut
my hair but the queue was crazy, all the taitai
was wearing the helmet thingy. And all the guy
was sitting beside waiting for their turn.
So i decided to skip it and nua at home. Had
some afternoon nap again. So much for having
a productive day. I still not done my assignment
and i guess i have to do it the next 2 days.
Met up with JADE for dinner session at IKEA
tampines, Its just a bus stop away from me, and
so i happen to reach first.
Its been long since i am here.
Going to be a long wait for them, so i go grab
myself a ice cream!!. Its always fun to press IKEA

Finally every one have reached, next task was
to find ourself table and seat. Its was damn
crowded. every where is pack with pple. But
after afew waiting, we eventually get our table.
And next will be queuing to grab our food, its
another long waiting time again haha. but we
are excited to get our food haha. As usual we
over order!! who suffer? i suffer!!! lolZz

Look at the amount of food we get. its cost us
around $18 each. damn sinful meal lol.
After dinner, we went for a little shopping, while
E get her stuff, others of us didn't find any good
things to buy. sian.And that end our JADE
gathering. and once again we forget to take a
group pic. lol
Right that's all for my Public holiday monday. Tml
will be another week of working. but good for me
i going to work for tuesday and wednesday only.
And off i go to BKK. Wooooohhhh.
And yes will like to share this to all of you guys.
Recently America express have came out with a
new credit card. which most of us are able to
apply. the min. annual income is 30K rather than
the usual 50K. And this is the card.

Was shock that 30K can apply for it already.
It going to be a very awesome card, as it give 1.5%
cashback with no string attached. meaning there no
minimum spending, no cap of cashback. This card
is going to win my SCB mahanttan CC as long i
don't spend more than 3k.
I am so going to sign it up and gain the welcome
gift of 5% cash back for the first 3 month. going
to use it to pay my school fee. So lets say if my
school fee was 2.5k, i going to get $125 from it
Woohhhooooo sound good to me.!! So now the
issue is how i can catch zhun zhun the 3 months
to get my card. Hope it don't reject me like OCBC
does. Its quite annoying lolZz

Investment Update for May 2015
As for the Month of May, I have some lost and
gain along the way. Its also a very fruity month
for me. Dividend and highest for this month,
and i am very glad. and wish it will always be
like this month. =)
I have kicked off Sabana REIT, as it rotting
much in my Portfolio, as a result it turn out
to be quite a pain lost. but lucky i have some
gain in Global investment limited, which helped
me to balance up my sheet, and giving me a
positive gain.

For May 2015, i have collected $118.70 of
dividend, and it was provided by,

Its was a best dividend month till date. was
very glad of the dividend collect till now.
But this month there no other non stocks related
income. =( well lets hope for more promotion
to come soon. and waiting for my cash back soon.
So for this month i have did some movement in
my portfolio. i have Sold Sabana REIT and make
a lost, and also Sold 7 lots of Global investment
limited and make a gain. I have also added 4 Lots
more of Lippo REIT into my portfolio.
Was glad i brought SPH last month, where it
generated a $70 dividend this month. Huat ar!
Will going to expect $140 more of divdend
till end of year. Sweeeee.
So i been looking up for Lippo REIT & Viva REIT
still and also will move in Global investment limited
went there a dip. AIMS REIT have came up news,
that will increase its yield to >8%, So i am expect
all 4 stock that i already brought

Sunday
It Sunday, and i am so happy that i can sleep all
way without alarm. Slept all the way to 3pm, was
too tired after yesterday mj session. Haha. so i
dragged at home nua and nua for most of the time.

And i finally leave my lazy butt to 313 somerset
for Hai Li Lao session with dewei them.
Its kerry's birthday, and we will be having HDL
steamboat. It's my virgin time going there.
And this is it!!
The service was superb, so as the soup base. didn't
really try much of the ma la soup. drink more on
the tomato soup. The food was good, but its very
very exp. though i enjoy eating at HDL but the
price of it was $43 dollar per pax. For me i felt it's
too exp.
After dinner session, we head over to TaiSeng for
some drink and birthday celebration.
Was playing games with them
Wasn't a good drinker to began with, play with them
some games and have a few shots of beer. and the
pace was quite fast. we finish a tower of beer, in just
a few games. Head was spinning, its been long since
i last drink. i think my level of drinking still far from
there yet.
So i decided to skip the remaining game through the
night. And decided to just have some chill time,
and relaxing drinking beer, which i enjoy the most.
The whole party ended at 4, and i missed my bed
damn badly. cabbed home with mic and jaslyn and
after shower i finally can merge as 1 with my bed.
As this is a sunday post. i going to post update my
weight tracker. And overall i gain weight. Damnn
Up going trend, this is bad!!!
