As i am going to post about my Investment journey,
for Jan 2015 will be the first month i will start
posting. Did some reshuffling here and there
and this is my final stock portfolio.

No. Stock Shares
1 AIMS AMP REIT 2000
2 Viva Industrial Trust 1000
3 Sabana Reit 1000
4 Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust 4000
5 Global Investments Limited  4000

Total Dividends Collected (2015) $45.15
Total Capital Fund $6,600.00
Total Fund to Invest $6,715.44
Invested Cash in Stock $6,620.44
Targeted Annual Yield (2015) 6%
Average Monthly Dividends (2015) $3.76
Available funds for investment $95.00
Realized Gain $42.49

So for the month of Jan 2015, i have collected $45.15
of dividend.
It was provided by.
  • Singtel $20.40
  • Nikko $24.75
And from my mid month investment update, i still
hold Singtel, Nikko and Starhill stocks. But i find
that those shares might not be the best 1 with
the same amount of money i invested in.

As for SingTel, i brought the Singtel10 counter, which
able me to trade in 10 shares. As SGX has change
share from 1000 to 100 per transcription. i will not
need to such a lot anymore. i might come back for
Singtel share in the near future, but for now, i felt it
will be better if i allocate my funds to other stocks.

As for Nikko, Same as Singtel, brought this share
as its the only share that enable us to buy 100 shares.
And its a mixture of 30 Blue chip company, it will
be the best stock to diversify your portfolio. But as
yield% is low for it. i find it will not benefits me for now

As for Starhill, i had to be honest, i brought it by
impulse. And i finally come to sense about it, even
though the stock was not bad.
But it might not be the best.

So for the above 3 stocks, i was lucky to Sell it and
gain some Realized Gain. it was added back in to my
funds for reinvestment.

I am happy with the 5 stock that i am getting now,
even though Sabana don't seem to be a good REITs
But i have faith it will do better in the near future.
I will not explain why i get those 5 stock, as i mainly
looking in stats to buy this 5 counters, i might be right
and might be wrong. No 1 can tell the future,
so i will try out this 5 dividend counter to start my
investment journey.

Was happy that lots of financial report was out in the
month of Jan. and i am expecting Sabana, Viva
dividend for Feb and Lippo and Aims dividend for
march. And not to mention Lippo and
Global Investment is coming out their financial
result in Feb. Will have more dividend coming in.
=) Yum yum.

so for my next step i will fill up Global Investment to
10000 shares, then 1-2 lots for Viva.
Lets see how it goes, i also trying to prepare a
fund to safe guard during the low period,
where all stock is in GSS (Great Singapore Sale).
But for now i hope, nothing much will happen. =)

Alright that's all for this month, hopefully i can hit my
dividend target of $400 for the whole year. i am
currently 10% there. *Thumbs up*

Cheers!!
