Friday.its friday. and lots of things happen.
let me just share my life first. i been selected
in to E2 as their main comm. and now i am a member
of a E2 family liao. WELCOME MYSELF TO THE FAMILY
and ofcos there's 11 more main comm joined the family
some old bird and some new birds. but never which bird
are u. we are a family now lolZz.
kk i really wan to post what happen today. and the past week.
but i seriously just no strength to finish this post
let me just stop here and slp first.

okok lets me just say abt past few week.
let me just share my this year main comm with u all
we going to work together for the whole year!!
this is my new community.

and as soon we know we in the main comm. first
task was given to us to plan for a New mini event
for ETCM and ELN. its call ETCM sport day and
ELN welcome day. as its was the first time we do
this event. so we was kinda of clueless.
As times goes by. plans was carry out. but
not much follow up was done. lolZz
And times passes so fast. its going to Event day.
i can say. lots of cock up here and there.
lots of last min here and there.
we even changed the event program flow, to solve the
problem. As a co-organizer i felt i fail on this
event. helpers didn't get any briefing, almost
everything is chaostic.

to be honest. if its not the old bird are here.
there really a possible things will get worst.
i should take the blame of most of the stuff.
i didn't give clear instruction. and did not
do my preparation well. SORRY guys. i not going
to use i am a new main comm. as a excuses. theres
pple can organize the event well even though he/she
is a new comm.
from this event i learn quite alot of things. i can
see when during debrief, my comm. was kind didn't
not really "shot" but serious i was quite guilty.
regretting y didn't i do a gd job.
oh well i guess thats how every 1 learn and grow up.
i hope my next few event will be a well plan and
gd 1. haha thats all for now. slp slp
