Investment Update for April 2015
So for the Month of April, lots of things happen
and also i did a very bold move or touching
some untouchable fund, as i felt since i have
the cash, shouldn't let it to rot. Using money
to roll some more money sound a better idea.
I pumped in $4150 in and i get SPH stocks
And also i added in UMS holdings, Another
stock that giving high yield. it may have some
issue with their biggest purchaser but i guess
its worth the risk. and also i just buy 1 lot of
it so not as bad.
Dividend and some cash been flowing in for
this month. Dividend collected was the
highest for this month. Awesome~

So As for the Dividend for April 2015, i have
collected $75 and its was only provided by
Global Investment Limit
Its was a great collection of dividend and
happen to be the highest i ever get for dividend
Thumbs up!
And for others non stock related cash that i earn
total of $290 are from:
- SCB new credit card cashback
- DBS everyday card Cashback
So for the month of April i earned $365 from both
dividend and other non stock related cash. i am
very glad all the amount can be reinvest to my stock
to generate even more money.
As for my stock are getting more market value, i am
really glad with my decision on selecting this few
stock to be my investment stocks. it have grow
around $250. But ofcos there stock that didn't
perform well, and its the only stock that i much
regretted invested in.
That's Sabana REIT, the price have drop a fair bit.
the dividend that i collected is not even enough
to cover for the drop. i brough at 0.925 and now
its already fall to 0.865. OUCH~~ i hopefully
the management of sabana REIT to do something
on their business and thus to generate more healthy
Income.
I have updated mu portfolio at the left bar, and
also i have add a new pie chart in. So i will know
how much % is my stocks are.

Alright that's all for investment update of April.
i am half way to my dividend target. With extra
cash of $4150 i far believe my dividend can hit
twice as my target. Which is $800. So i will set
a higher Target to hit at $800. Rather that the
initiate $400.
I am 26.5% to $800. expecting a good collection
of dividend too in May. Huat ar~~ Will be eyeing
on Lippo REIT and Viva REIT, and buy when
there a opportunity strike. Cheers

Hi i am back for a short while before i disappear
again to study my last paper of the sem. So back
to my regular posting but i going to combine it
into a 1 post. So
Saturday to Thursday
Life wasn't easy and smooth sailing for the past
few days. i been busy preparing my final assignment
and revising for the coming exam. And i clearly
know home is not a good place to study or do work.
i will always be detracted by my laptop. So i decide
to head back to office to study

Office was a great place to study, free flow coffee and
water. Air-con ed, toilet is nearby and can print any
last min things. Its just not selling any food.

When the night came, office turn to be quite a scary
place to stay as the whole office was quiet and i didnt
on all the lights. so there many spot are dark and not
visible. But i was glad nth much happen.
On sunday i also still rushing for my assignment but
i don't wish to give the Star Award a miss, so i do
both things together

toggle and doing my assignment at the same time.
So for the following week i still got to work but
started my leave starting from Tuesday PM. i will
be on leave all the way till 5th may, which is my
last paper.
Many things happen this few days and i saw lots
of interesting things on the net.

And i started my intense studying, and been to
my favorite spot to study ever since i was in poly.
Yes i went to airport to do my revision. And as
i am alone its kinda feel sad. so the only thing
can make me feel better is eat !!

So for all the preparation is for Thursday(today)
paper, didn't step in the examination hall with
confident. And worst i step out of it knowing i
might fail the module. Thats bad!! was quite low
but on another hand, having the "do i really
belong here?" feel.
The prof make the paper totally different from
past year. Its totally different from any of our
past year paper. Even there question almost the
same, the Method of getting it its not same. He
really not giving any free marks. Damnn i not
worry i getting a D for this module,i just more
worried will i make it for it. its going to cost
$600 dollar and a sem to retake the module. Hugh
price to pay.
So throwing the paper aside, i moving forward
to study my last paper which going to happen on
5th may. and before that i went over to ICA
building to collect my Passport. i tried their
iCollect. There was no waiting of queue just scan
ic passport and put your finger print. your passport
will be popping out from the machine. COOL~~

I have aged so much. But the new passport photo was
taken 2 years ago. And i was so fat with eye linder
like eyes. looks like i didn't sleep well everynight |
Back home and get my much needed rest. Sleep all
the way from 3 to 730. and went out to play ball.
But the floor was damn wet.

And so we changed location to Opp Temesak Poly.
There was a shelthered court. and its been ages
since i last step in there. It was lucky almost evey1
in the basketball group is driving. so i just lobang
and head over to play for our previous 1hr10min
of games.
That's pretty much sum everything for the past few
days. Tml will resumed study, cant wait to get
over with it. And after that will be the start of
getting fit and go for my IPT session.
