As for Feb 2015 investment Portfolio update, i get
more lots of
Global Investments Limited and also
got some dividend in.
I have also added a new segment for Credit card
rebates, i will use the rebate and reinvest in my
portfolio.

So for the month of Feb 2015, i have collected $23.86
of dividend.
It was provided by.
- Viva REIT $6.06
- Sabana REIT $17.80
So for the month of Feb, i didn't do much on my
portfolio, was happy with what it is now. I only added
6000 more share for Global Investment Limited.
For the Dividend for Feb, Viva gave slight lesser
dividend as there will a advance dividend pay out
last December which i missed. So this dividend
now is "No fish, shrimp also good" situation.
so for my next step i might be getting 1-2 lots for
Viva REITS & Lippo. And also i trying to prepare a
fund so i can catch some opportunity when times comes.

dividend target of $400 for the whole year. i am
