Its Tuesday again, and i always felt energize as its
our weekly bball affair. So for the whole day, i was
waiting for work to get done off and off i go home
to prepare for bball. Today was good nothing much
happen in work. i survive another day. oh yeah!!
So today we changed location as we don't have
enough pple, and decided to play 5 v 5 full court.

Thanks to google map, no 1 was lost. everyone
manage to find the court. So we started our 5v5
was playing almost all the while, and i am really
tired after running up and down. My leg almost
cramp, its been long since i felt it. It means i realy
put alot effort on running.
Do score a few ball. Not a bad bball day =)
Reach home replenish my lost fluid and saw this
online.

since day 1 is only 20 sec, so its not a problem!!
will print it out and put at my pin board soon. But
i am worry for 5Min planking thats crazy!!!! Lets
see how it will go, as time go by.
