Wednesday.
Its was a very busy day today. At office, was non
stop doing tasks and need to be done asap. i don't
wish to be the bottom neck, so i work all the
way to 745pm before leaving my ofice. Its a
record breaking, first time ever i left this late.
Went over to geylang to visit Junwee's brother
handphone shop. Changed bus at Serangon nex,
and i walk in to the 7-11 and i saw this!!

This pack only cost 80cents!!! its on crazy promotion
i only grab 1 pack and leave to Geylang. Should
have grab some more packs. Alamak
Finally buy my screen protector & cover. And i
also changed my S3 battery. My S3 Battery was
damn fat and i hardly can close my phone cover.
I need to buy it soon before my phone explodes!!

Wasted some time looking for the shop in geylang
as i not sure which shop name was it and finally
get it after waited near 30 min. His brother was
friendly and the item was not expensive. For the 3
items i purchased, it costs me $40. And ofcos its
claimable from office ^.^v
After that, its already 1015 when i reached home.
Only at then i ate my dinner. So jialat, and i believed
tml will need to OT again. As i going to be on leave
for my exam, i have to clear my work.
So for investment i did some major decision today.
First for the good news, Global investment Limited
have credited in the dividend of $75!! YEahhhh!

As yesterday i mention i have a bit of fund and wish
to invest some where that have a better return rate
than putting it in bank to collect only 0.5% interest
rate. So after considering i didn't choose any of
my previous thoughts. All SATS, SIA Eng having
challenges and the prices keeps going up and down
like roller coaster. As this Fund was not suppose to
touch. i rather putting it to a safer investment that
the stock will not vary much.
So its either buying Telco stock(Singtel, Starhub)
or SPH stock, both are blue chips. So after doing
some simple reading and logic thinking i decided
to go with SPH.

For the past year, the stock didn't have much bumpy
rides. the differences was just +-0.2. The risk
level looks much better for me and the yield % was
higher compare to Telco stocks. And also they
are giving dividend soon!!

So this fund will be add in to my Stock count
and total fund invested. In the near 2 years time,
i will withdraw this $4150 back to my untouchable
Saving account.
This was not the only good news, Viva REIT have
also announced their Quarter result, and dividend
was announced too.

So with this, i am expecting May to be the most fruity
month!! Expecting $140 worth of dividend. and i am
still waiting for Aims REITS and Lippo REIT to
announce their results. Huat ar~~
