Started my day early, and went for a run in my
office gym. And it was a normal work day.
Nothing much happen today but i was down
with flu and sore throat, and if i don't recover
by tonight i will consider getting a mc for tml.
This time round can feel i am really sick. this
is badddddd. Guess i have some reading to do
in both school and investment. And i better
read/do it soon. Time don't wait for me!!!
For investment, i have eye on
Saizen REIT and
OUE Com REIT. Quite amazed by its stats.
And below is what i found out from blogs and
REITdata
Saizen REIT
Current market price, S$0.87
- Yield :7.13%
- Price to book : 0.763
- Gearing : 38.00%
OUE Commercial REIT
Current market price, S$0.80
- Yield :7.10%
- Price to book : 0.727
- Gearing : 43.00%
For both lots, having nice Yield and strong NAV.
And most importantly that catches my eye was the
Price to book ratio, its at 0.763 and 0.727. meaning
i buying it at a 23.7% and 27.3% discount for it.
But the downside is their Gearing was kinda high.
And another point to note, Saizen REIT is investing
in Japan properties, So If Jap Yen drop it will get
affected. And for OUE Com REIT, have 2 properties
which is 1 in Singapore, another 1 in Shanghai. So
the affected margin is not as high.
Will keep a eye on this 2 counters and get it if i
have the cash.
Ok really feel damn sick.
