Its was Friday, and was having lesson but i am
still glad its already end of the week!!
Missed both Morning and Lunch time gym session.
Giving myself excesses lolZz. But nevertheless
the whole day was quite fine.

I have posted my Investment update earlier on
having a dividend of $45 currently, i cant wait till i
getting like $4.5k of dividend. It may take a
very long time. But i am sure 1 day, i will
reach there.

School was BORING!!! today was math, nothing
is interesting about math seriously.
Learning something that i most likely
will not be using it in life






















Lucky prof let us off earlier, leave school at 9
and went back home. With guilty much feeling
that i skipped my gym session. i decided to
do some exercise. The plan was to Run for
25 min and do static exercise. Its been quite a
while since i run on road. Been bonding with
the trend mile only recently.

The start of the run was not very comfortable
but once after 2-3 min, the body and legs is
like memory muscle. They carry on automatically
and i dun feel a pinch on it. As i lengthen my
running timing to 25 mins. The last few mins is
quite torturing to me, maybe i nv run long
enough yet. Need to train more for longer
distance running.
A 4.5KM run, no idea why the app
show 0 for the distance but by the
map can see my distance























After the long run, when to near by fitness
corner to do my static exercise.
Doing crunches under the stars 





















Its been so long since i do exercise under the star.
Enjoying the breeze and the stars at sky.
Ok for now i am damn tired. Time for bed!!

Tml will be go back Holy Innocents' High School
day. Going back as there alumni dinner and
happen to be we have graduated for 10 years.
So some of us decided to go back and chat with
some long lost friends. Sound great to me,i just
hope i don't sit alone. If not will EMO de.
Alight pray for everything will went well tml.
