Its finally the weekends, as usual slept till late
morning around 1030, had a early lunch of
roti pratas, Well, not the healthiest, but i have
crave for it.

Went over to JunWee place for MJ session.
And i think i really really need chop hand.
Been on losing steak for quite awhile. Please
do not jio me for MJ thanks. and i am serious!!
Some "wu ha" happen in MJ but still everything
passes smoothly. Don't really wish to see the
awkward situation, so we ended slightly earlier,
giving me no chance to fight back and lose $30

Went over to Jalan Besar for ZiChar Dinner.
Tried this Char Ta bee hoon, and yes its suppose
to be Char Ta. Its famous for that.

Turn our to be quite disappointing for the beehoon

But for the rest of the dishes are quite tasty!! In love
with the cereal sotong. the cereal that they gave was
really alot. Enjoy much, and it cost $14.5/person,
where we order 5 dishes and 1 beehoon. i think its
quite worth the amount.

When over to bugis for a walk around, was looking at
Singtel shop for my iphone 6, but its always sold out.
Was discussing the new Logo and how no sense it
makes. Well as long as the service is good, it doesn't
matter if the logo changed anot.

Went over to "zhi de chi" for dessert, was happy with
my green tea shaved ice. Ok, enough for cheat day.
will try to eat healthy after this. Tml will be a lazy
Sunday, wish to sleep the whole morning and go
for a swim lol.

This was a fav during CNY time. and it can
easily cost 6-12 dollar. Oh well, i don't
have a air fryer at home. guess i might need
to pass on crab meat crackers this year T.T

Price to book ration = 1.1
Gearing at 15.2%

The down side was that if i buy now i am buying on 
a 10% premium, and its a health trust where base
in India. Not sure is it a good idea anot.
But the yield was too good to resist. 
As if there a dip. i will sure get my hands on it.
